Initial telephone consultation - 20-30 minutes
Counselling - 50 minute sessions
Hypnotherapy - 90 minute initial session, 50 minute additional sessions
£55 per 50min Counselling/Hypnotherapy session with payment being made by BACS 24 hours prior.
Limited concessions are available - please ask about this during the discovery call if you feel the cost would be a barrier to accessing Counselling.Â
There is no 'one size fits all' approach to therapeutic support. Medium to long-term therapy over many months or many years may feel right - you lead this. For some, single-session hypnotherapy sessions work. For others, several sessions may be required - these discussions will take place at the consultation and initial session.
Most people find weekly sessions really helpful, especially at the beginning. It provides consistency, builds trust, and creates space to support increased depth each week. Although, financial and psychological considerations may mean that more time between sessions feel right for you.
Therapeutic support should fit your life, not add pressure, so we can figure out a frequency together that feels best suited to your needs.

In practice, there is often a great deal of overlap between these terms. Counsellor, psychotherapist, and therapist are all commonly used to describe professionals who provide talking therapy and emotional support.
Some practitioners prefer the title counsellor, others psychotherapist, and some use therapist as a broader term. The title someone uses does not necessarily reflect their level of skill, experience, or ability to help
What matters most is finding a professional whose approach, experience, qualifications and personality feel like a good fit for you.

Throughout this website you may see the terms counselling, psychotherapy, and therapy used interchangeably. Whatever title is used, the focus remains the same: providing a safe, supportive space to help you explore difficulties, gain insight, and work towards meaningful change.
In Clarendon Park, there is free on-street parking in the neighbouring streets, requiring a 1 or 2 minute walk, with a small step into the space.
In Whetstone, free parking is directly outside, with one step into the space, and staircase access to the counselling room.
Please note, wheelchair access is not currently available at both locations.
