Alongside this foundation, I draw on relational, trauma-informed and existential perspectives, recognising how early attachment patterns, unconscious processes and significant life events can influence present difficulties, supporting you to live with greater authenticity and responsibility. Together, I can support you in living more authentically through greater freedom, meaning, and personal responsibility.
